The town of Leskovac.
This beautiful big yellow building is called ‘Laskovac Cultural Center’, it is located in the city center, and which is a unique architecture protected by the law. It has many multi-purpose rooms, a large hall on the main floor for concerts, art programs, publication for books and films and music, workshops, fashion shows, and exhibitions. It also includes a 160-seet Chamber Hall, which is for theaters and cinemas.
Upstairs would be for commercial promotions, promotion of literature, and forums. It would also have a paint studio, painting school as well as school of comics.
The basement would have ballet school, dance workshops, rehearsal studios, and choir preparations.
Well my sister was in dance all of her life. Her dance school has recommended a trip down there to visit this building and to watch her, and see all of the fascinating dancers from around the world perform. She really wanted me to go see her, which is something I have always wanted to do.
So we get there, it was packed with probably over 250 people. The seats were filled, so most people had to stand, and to those who had to stand, they could barely see, because of the people standing in front of them. We, luckily, had front row.
A couple hours go by and I’m a little hungry, I noticed that there was a little Burger Baron across the street. So I had got up, went over there to get a burger, ate, and came back. I realized someone had stole my seat. I was furious.
My biggest pet peeve is when people steal things from me, and stealing my front row seat is not okay. I obviously had to stand for the rest of the time we were there. I couldn’t really see anything because people kept walking, and talking, and standing right in front of me. They made me miss most of my little sister’s dance concert.
I am still to this day, sad about it, and I would never go back.
Now we must mention the excellent hospital care that my Aunt Matilda received there. She fell and broke her distal radius, and needed the orthopedic surgeon to insert a metal plate. Follow-up X-rays and so forth, and everything healed perfectly. Thank-you.
