It’s a good career, the practice of medicine, or nursing. But there’s a lot more kinds of careers in allied medical services, for laboratory, diagnostic technicians, nursing aides, and so on. The employment is quite large to support a large hospital.
I to onu najdeblju.
While the Scots have Loch Ness, Eastern Serbia has a “drekavac “(howler). And not just any place, but here at Silver Lake near Pozarevac, an increasingly popular destination for many tourists. There is no better time to hear this story, except when you are camping there.
One guy from this place tried to explain us that there are common “horror stories” about a giant bear that roams by the lake scaring people. Also, local fishermen with awe undertone are talking about scarry monsters that prowl the depths of the lake. One of them are adding that the other day these creature tore a fish network long thousand meters like joke! And it was thickest one.
Another person in our group is a scientist and he tries to find a rational explanation. He says it’s just a giant catfish that has mutated from NATO bombing durring 1999. There’s nothing else!
Fairy tale or not there have been some research in this area. Two or three weeks ago some people, scientists was investigating lake with with sonar. They say that down the embankments saw huge fish of about twenty meters and more – recounts a man in his seventies.
On the other hand there are those who do not believe in the “horror stories”. They say that so many people exaggerate this story, “creating donkey from a mosquito”.
Beside that I smile and admit that I slept in half an eye that night.
Generally, howler is a mytological creature of the South Slavs. This belief is widespread in Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro.
According to legend, the howler is the physical manifestation of the deceased non-baptized man who can not find peace, and persecutes those who have sinned to him during their life.
By appearance howler is a small, indestructible hairy creature, like an animal “aj-aju”, which is constantly trampled upon its fur, producing sound like crying and howling of wolf. The cemetery is his favorite place. It despises light and prefere to drown victims in their sleep. The only possible way to destroy it when peace is found by him.
Although there is no evidence of the existence of the drekavac(howlers), there are a number of people who are still afraid of being.
